2021 A rare opportunity to be apart of Ballarat’s rich aviation history. Tuddy’s Engineering constructed an Airport Hanger for the Ballarat City Council managed Ballarat Airport Precinct.

Shop drawings and design were completed in house by our drafting department. Once this stage was completed, the fabrication of steel was completed by our fabrication team before being installed on site.

The 1008m2 hanger was built to form part of the new airport development precinct which will see the Ballarat Airport grow in size and capabilities over the coming years. Working closely with Ballarat City Council, Tuddy’s Engineering over saw the building management of this project as within their commercial builder’s license.
